15+ kilometers of groomed trails for cross country skiing, fat biking, snowshoeing, and sledding. Scotts Cobble was opened in 2022 with the goal of reacquainting local communities with the culture of Nordic skiing. Operated by High Peaks Cyclery in partnership with the town of North Elba.
TRAIL CONDITIONS UPDATE
12/20/25: Scotts Cobble trails are OPEN. We received 2" of snow after the rain and the groomers are out as of 10AM. Groomed hard crust. Do not bring your race skis, but there is a good skiable surface. Tracks will need to wait until we get a little more snow.
