15+ kilometers of groomed trails for cross country skiing, fat biking, snowshoeing, and sledding. Scotts Cobble was opened in 2022 with the goal of reacquainting local communities with the culture of Nordic skiing. Operated by High Peaks Cyclery in partnership with the town of North Elba.
TRAIL CONDITIONS UPDATE
March 11 Update - With the rain and warm temperatures this past, the trails at the Cobble have taken a hit and are closed. Rest assured - if we get more snow, there will be more skiing at Scotts Cobble! So stay tuned for updates. We are hoping to be open for the FIS Cross Country World Cup Weekend with skiing!

-Please remember to sign in at the pro shop when it’s open. Even if you’re a resident, we rely on sign-ins to track trail usage, where visitors are coming from, and how we can continue to improve your Scotts Cobble experience.
